CAN YOGA HELP TO GIVE YOU A SEXUAL BOOST?

In this video tutorial, Pan Pan – one of the founding instructors here at Orgasmic Men – has created a yoga and meditation session specifically designed to give you a sexual boost.

Pan Pan takes you through a step-by-step instruction on how to work through each step in this session, the positions and techniques, providing guidance on how to get the most out of this time dedicated to connecting with your body.

“I’m not too theoretical in this session…” explains Pan Pan “I like to approach this work in a more practical way – doing what we need to do and finding the experience of what does this mean. In this session, our main focus is on our base chakras – our energy centres.”

The full tutorial is 36 minutes long. The section that we’re highlighting here is where Pan Pan demonstrates how to coordinate your breath with movement of your body – from a simple contraction of the spine through to a more dynamic leg windmill movement.

Originally from Portugal, Pan Pan is now based in Belgium. With a background in dance, when Pan Pan first encountered yoga it quickly became his spiritual practice of choice.

Pan Pan specialises in Ashtanga and Hatha yoga, but also draws on the traditions of massage, tantra, and somatic body-work.
