In this 39-minute video, Pan Pan guides us through a mixed yoga session focused on strengthening and empowering your Lingam (penis).
The main focus is to connect with the power in your Lingam and make it resonate throughout the whole body, try to make it more than a jerk-off session, but one where you consciously connecting with your sexual energy.
Before starting take a moment to prepare your space and the tools you will need (yoga mat, blocks, pillows, a towel and lubricant/oil), also be sure to program this session in your schedule to avoid interruptions or stress.
