LOVE ❤️

I learned about love by sitting with fear.

It came as a medicine for it, as a response to the fear, anger, rage I was experiencing at the time.
I learned in that moment that love is a force that could not be expressed in words or understood by the mind.

Love is a force of nature that can be felt in the body, somatically and energetically.
But love is not a polarity.
It is not the opposite of hate, or fear, but rather a medicine for it.

As a neutral force, it is the universal force behind the creation of all life.
For humans, it is an embodied medicine.
