These include shamanic energy transmission, somatic movement practice, elements of cognitive exploration and tantric practice to reconnect us to our authentic truth: our pure Erotic essence.
Creativity and your erotic essence:
This is session 3 of a 4-part series will guide you through the main stages of the creativity process:
- Stage 1 – Intending.
- Stage 2 – Focusing
- Stage 3 – Expressing
- Stage 4 – Radiating.
This specific session focuses on stage 3- Expressing.
We will explore creative expression and engage with practices and sequences with the intention of finding clarity on how our essence wants to be expressed creatively in the world.
We begin to realise the power of this uniqueness in shaping and nurturing the world around us.
SESSION LAYOUT:
It is recommended to have an empty notepad dedicated to this series as well as setting some time aside (ideally 15-30 minutes daily) for inner exploration.

ABOUT MARC
London and Barcelona-based shaman Marc Peridis began exploring tantra and somatic movement therapy in 2010. In 2014, he was initiated into shamanism and began holding ceremonies at sacred sites around the world.
