Love an embodied medicine that pulsates freely through our cells.

Love, which leads us back to the eternal truth that we are whole.

Love, that can help us remind others they are whole too.

Sacred intimacy is an individual process first- we acknowledge, honor and serve the parts of us that need love.

In communion with others, it invites us to acknowledge how we can hold others in teh healing power of presence, in the same way we hold ourselves.

Then, we can acknowledge the power dynamics, the archetypal roles we play with each other, (dad, son, victim perpetrator) and the healing that lies behind them.

Day 1 - Saturday
Sacred Intimacy
You will learn practices of Sacred intimacy which explore the embodied medicine of love, how to experience it and share it with others.

We will learn to transmit safety and grounding to our partner.

We will practice a wide spectrum of sacred intimacy practices, from simply holding a space of presence to more engaged sexual interaction.

We will explore the practice of Energy Merging, an energy work practice of transmission, of Love.
Day 2 - SUNDAY
Power dynamics
Through partner work, we will explore dominant and submissive power plays.

We will explore non-verbal ways of expressing the power dynamics that exist between us, in our culture and our society.

We will explore how to find safety, love and regulation in situations of control, domination and submission.

We will explore this play through movement, touch, light rope, light flogging and sexual practice.
