The Mystery School is:
* An online group mentoring course


* A potent container for a small group of advanced-level participants.
 


* It is a process of energetic development, and development of shamanic abilities.

* 
It is based in the teachings of the Mystery School and of classical tantra.

* It teaches somatic / energy work techniques that support the development of new skills and abilities for facilitation and space-holding.
A process of initiation and rites of passage that leads us to living in continuous engagement with Source.
The mystery refers to the mystery behind all of existence, the force that is behind all of creation.

The mystery school is a process of self-actualisation, self-discovery and personal growth that is based in the realm of the unseen.

It teaches us about our connection to source. 



It teaches us by transmission ;
*Transmission is a communication between two systems (for instance humans) that doesn’t make sense to the mind but that yields an impact. 

It is beyond dogma, religion and lineage. 
it is intrinsic to humanity and has existed at various points across time and in various parts of the world. 
It is mostly attributed to Ancient Greece and Egypt, where Mystery School gatherings would take place at sacred temple sites. 
The practices were known as the highest spiritual practices for those civilisations.

There are no teachers in the mystery schools, but rather shamans and guides who create a sacred space for the knowledge and teachings to awaken within the initiates.

A person who is connected to the mystery school can be fully engaged in the world, living in the here and now, fully present, while fully connected to a power that is greater than any circumstance they might face. 

As a result they find themselves to be deeply resourced; 
they become medicine holders.
They heal by transmission, simply by the power of their presence.

Who is it for?
This course will mostly be of interest to:

Advanced practitioners who want to deepen their connection to source.
Advanced practitioners who want to become facilitators
Facilitators who want to develop new skills, especially: 
Sacred intimates, somatic practitioners, sex coaches, life coaches, psychotherapists, breathworkers, etc.
Practioners who are already experienced in somatic practice and would like to experience it from a more non-local perspective.
Course programme
Programme overview
The 1-year training is composed of:

- 18 x 3-hour online group sessions per month ( 2 per month for 9 months)
- 6 x Deep dive sessions (from 3 hours to 48 hours)
- 3 x individual mentoring sessions taught online or in-person
- Home study course modules composed of a series of videos, workbooks, audios etc

This course can be taken for personal growth or as a facilitator training.

The Mystery School teaches us by transmission.

It teaches us to transmit to others too.
* Transmission is a communication between two systems that can't be understood by the mind but that has an impact that can be felt in form, such as healing, growth, transformation.
Its process is composed of 3 main stages:

Connection to oneness / Source
We learn to connect to the source of all existence that exists within us.
We gain this connection through the body

Continuous deepening of the connection to oneness / Source
We develop and deepen our connection to oneness through commitment to regular practice.
This stage includes exploring every part of the self, the deepest shadows to the greatest power.
3
Transmission / realisation

We become transmitters. When our abilities ate developed enough we begin to bring impact to the world around us as well.
Course Curriculum
Over the 12 months you will:
- Develop shamanic facilitation skills
- Learn how to apply these skills to areas of your life to support your development, healing and growth
- Learn how to apply these skills to support the development healing and growth of others as well.
- Experience a process of continuous engagement to the Source field, which will lead to energetic development.
This process will extend well beyond the scheduled programme sessions, but will be available for the entire 9 months for you to draw from.
- You will deepen the energy merging skills you learnt in level 1
Energy merging: a healing modality which is based in energy transmission: A practice of focused presence, intentionality, and a sharing of energy.
- Learn somatic practices for connecting to source through the body
- Learn ways to experience an increased production of naturally occurring DMT
* DMT is a naturally occurring compound which is the main active ingredient in ayahuasca.
An Increase in naturally occurring DMT allows:

- An ego death to take place 

- A process of neuroplasticity to be supported
- A significant shift in perspective
- Learn theoretical teachings related to the universal order, the mystery school, space-holding etc.
- You will learn pendulum dowsing as a technique for sharpening intuition.
- You will learn to dialog with source and your inner knowingness to develop your own practices and processes to hold space for yourself and for others.
Individual mentoring sessions

The course will include 3 x 60 min individual sessions across the 9 months.
Partici[pants can choose to add more individual sessions if they feel they are needed.

Individual sessions will:
- Help you set an intention and find clarity on your inquiry for this course
- Track your progress
- Offer you personalised teachings in response to your own needs, goals and interests.
These can include somatic skills, shamanic skills, or general skills on how to run your business and plan sessions.
About your facilitator
About your facilitator
Marc Peridis
Marc is a somatic therapist and shamanic practitioner specialised in the Medicine of eros, healing practices related to eros and sexuality. 



His work has two main focuses:
1- Supporting the transmutation of shame, trauma and shadow to power, purpose and mastery.
2- As a teacher's teacher, he trains facilitators, therapists and teachers by supporting their development of new abilities. 


His practices combine talk therapy, with experiential processes involving the soma (the body), energy transmission and sexual explorations.

After spending over a decade training in somatic movement therapy, energy work and sacred sexuality, his own practice emerged as a result of his years spent observing behavioural responses in 1-1 and group therapy sessions worldwide.



As well as being a trained somatic movement therapist, he has also been initiated into shamanism in 2015 and in the Mystery School as a student in 2013 and a guide in 2018.

He also teaches at the Shakti Shiva Academy based in South Africa, since 2021. 



While his process and practice are open to people of all levels of experience, he tends to work mostly with advanced practitioners, people who are keen to become facilitators, and facilitators wishing to develop new skills.

What happens in a typical 3-hour session?
A dive (60-90 min) :
The centre piece of each session will be a dive.
A dive is:
a somatic, shamanic process that allows us to connect to source and oneness within us. It allows us to dive deeper into our being and experience truth more fully.
The longer we spend in the dive, the more we heal, grow and transform.
Our medicine can awaken.

A lecture:
As the Mystery School is a life-creating process that is meant to respond to what is happening in the "here and now", any lectures or teachings will arise spontaneously based on what is needed by the group in that specific moment. We will trust teh intelligence of the flow.

A sharing / processing space
There will also be spaces for students to share their own experiences, needs, and challenges and have space for them to be processed.
Deep dives

What happens in a typical Deep dive workshop?
The deep dive workshops are intensive processes designed to support a greater and deeper development.

In these sessions, we will experience our dive practices for a longer time.
There will be 3 types of deep dive workshops:

1- Night dives (x3)
2- 24-hour dives (x2)
3- 48-hour dives (x1)

1- Night dives
Night dives will take place in the middle of the night, between 1-3 am.
This is the time when DMT production is at its highest level.
Night dives allow us to rewire our neurology and re-orient towards a more truthful (less illusionary) perspective.

2- 24-hour dives
A 24-hour dives, we will be in a non-verbal dive process for a period of 24 hours.
The longer period allows us to drop deeper into truth and experience a greater leap in our development.

3- 48-hour dives
48-hour dives, will be similar to the 24-hour dive, but will last 48 hours.
Individual mentoring sessions
Each participant will also have 3 x 60 min individual mentoring sessions.
These sessions allow us to
- set an intention,
- track your progress
- provide you with personalised teachings based on your needs and desires
Session Schedules
The session schedule will be decided as the group will have formed, and will attempt to take into consideration everyone's own availability.
This is to ensure that less people will be missing sessions.
