MODULE 1 ASSIGNMENT
In module one, we have begun to understand the mechanics behind compulsion.
In session 2, we will begin to see how we can achieve neutrality in the face of our compulsive behaviours
In preparation for Session 2, simply spend some time in the next week to observe your compulsive behaviours. If there is shame and judgement, observe that as well.
We are not trying to be neutral or compassionate, just observing.
My invitation is to write in a journal just a list of facts about your compulsive behaviours. What do they involve? How long do they last? How does it make you feel?

MODULE 2 - ASSIGNMENT
In the assignment for session 3, the invitation is to explore neutrality. How can we simply notice our behaviours without judgement, stories and drama? The key is to drop into our sensations and trust the process. A great way to do this is to use sound and slow down.
Take some time every day to simply be a neutral witness to your compulsive behaviours.
