PRACTICAL INFORMATION
THE ACCOMODATION
We will stay in a typical Greek mountain chalet within walking distance of the sacred site of Delphi, and which enjoys spectacular views of Mount Parnassus.

The accommodation options are as follows:
- 2 x single occupancy bedrooms (double beds)
- 2 x single beds in a 2-person room
- 3 x single beds in a 3-person room

FOOD
Depending on the size of the group, we will either have Rogelio, our amazing super chef handle the food for us, or if the group is smaller, we will self-cater in the following way:
breakfast foods will be available for each of us to prepare our breakfast and lunch and dinner will be prepared and delivered to us by a local restaurant.
All food will be vegetarian.
Please let me know in advance of any dietary requirements or allergies.
There will be no alcohol on site.

BOOKING DETAILS
PRICE - From £1250
The cost of the training will vary from £1250 to £1600 based on the type of occupancy chosen by each of you as per below.
Please note that these costs could change depending on how many people end up confirming the retreat.

50% of the cost is required at booking, and the balance two weeks before the retreat start date.

£1250 pp - per person sharing a 3-person room
£1425 pp - per person sharing a 2-person room
£1600 pp - per person for a private room with double bed

NOT INCLUDED: 
-Flight 
-Airport transfer to the retreat  
-Any visas that may be required 
PAYING IN INSTALMENTS
Please note it is possible to pay in instalments as long as the last instalment is made at least a week before the event start date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are non-refundable except under certain circumstances*.
*Cancellations with full refunds will be honoured in the case that government regulations have changed in a way that the retreat can no longer take place. In that case, we will postpone the training and participants can decide to either have their participation transferred or ask for a refund.
If a participant tests positive for covid or the restrictions in their own specific country have changed in a way that they can no longer make the training, a refund can be issued for the full fee minus costs for accommodation and food which have already been incurred.
Arrivals to the house can begin on Saturday 21 May from 10 am.
We will leave the house on Saturday 28 May at 12 noon.
The retreat will also be planned in a way that those who need to leave on Friday 27 May will be able to do so if needed.
BOOKING YOUR SPACE
Some people need to confirm the time off work, therefore we need to confirm the retreat details as soon as possible.
If you are interested in coming, simply drop me an email saying "yes I am in!"
Once I know how many of us are going, I can confirm we will be using this accommodation and will confirm the final costs.
