COURSE CONTENT

The 5 sessions include:
1- AN ARRIVAL MEDITATIONto ground into our bodies and prepare for the session
2- A SHORT TALK about the shadow, nervous system reactions and the power of erotic energy.
3- A GUIDED PROCESS The centrepiece of each session, which uses spontaneous movement, breath, sound, self-pleasuring and energy work.

They cover :
SESSION 1: DIVE INTO THE EROTIC SHADOW We explore the true meaning of Eros, and how it relates to shadow resolution.
SESSION 2: EXPLORING SHAMEFUL SEX FANTASIES How can exploring our most shameful sexual fantasies reveal enable the unfolding of the hidden parts of ourself?
SESSION 3: CULTIVATING NEUTRALITY Explore where neutrality exists in lived experience, and how its power can help heal and transform the shadow.
SESSION 4: KNOWING YOUR SHADOW We will look at different nervous system reactions and how they can give us an indication of our shadow.

SESSION 5: THE DEEP EROTIC DIVE We will go inwards to find where the conscious and the unconscious meet, and where an alchemical process of transmutation can take place.
