PROGRAMME SCHEDULE

This 9-week course takes us on a deep dive below the limited ideas of who we are, challenging societal beliefs that life should be effortful and difficult to be rewarding.
Through 5 fundamental stages, it alchemises our deepest shadows into our highest gifts.
1- Discovery: we engage deeply with our bodies, our pleasure and our erotic nature to begin to discover our authentic truth.
2- Realisation: from this space of deep connection, we realise that our bodies and our Erotic force connect us to to our essence and the source of who we are.
3- Awakening: We then awaken the gifts that lie effortlessly within us, waiting to be discovered. Our essence becomes our highest form of nourishment.
4- Embodiment: As we get intimate with our erotic essence and nourish from it, it becomes a transformative medicine supporting a process of growth and transformation.
5- integration: As we continue to harness this power, it amplifies until it radiates naturally to impact the world around us.

Engaging with your peak sexual experience.


Take a moment to reflect back on your favourite sexual experiences.

The following assignment will invite you to dive deep into this experience and reconnect to its essence.
I suggest writing the answers into your note book. 



To begin: 

Ask to be shown one which is particularly significant, that was highly pleasurable for you, one of the most arousing of your entire life. 


1- Describe this encounter: 

How old were you?
Was it alone or with someone? 

If with someone, what kind of relationship did you have with them?
-Casual or anonymous
-Acquaintance, friend or date
-Partner
-Multiple partners

Where did it take place? 

-Indoor? Outdoor? 

-in a bed? Somewhere else? 

-In public? 

2- What made this encounter so exciting? 

-On a scale of 1-10, how aroused were you in that experience?
-On a scale of 1-10, how satisfied did you feel after that experience? 


3- When you connect deeply with the memory of this experience, what qualities are present there for you? 
Examples of qualities could be: aliveness, excitement, stability, depth… etc 


How do these qualities feel in your body when you reflect? 
Make detailed notes of what occurs in your body.

4- On a scale of 1-10, how present was each of the below emotions in that experience as you remember it? 

-Freedom
-Satisfaction
-Connection
-Anxiety
-Guilt / shame
-Anger

You can repeat this exercise for another experience if you like

SESSION 2 - ASSIGNMENT

In the assignment for session 3, the invitation is to continue to dive in to the fantasy that you personally explored and shared in the last session, session 2.

In your note pad, write down the qualities of this fantasy. Write as many as you can remember, and you can also use the recording to remind yourself of details you may have forgotten.

On the next page, for each quality write down the impact of that quality on your being, what do you get from it? How do you benefit from it?

Then sit with how all of this feels sensorially in your body. Your are invited to work with the slow rolling technique in order to deeper your awareness of sensation.
I have included a video resource for this assignment which can help guide this process. It is a 2-part video set that guides you on meditating with your sexual fantasies.
Some of you may have used it before.
