MODULE 3 - PREPARATION ASSIGNMENT (Optional)

In session 1, we have begun to understand the power of eros as a neutral field which is healing and transformative.

In session 2, we have explored the power of dropping into a space of neutral witnessing.
The neutrality can be achieved by dropping into the sensations of our body and lingering there.
We have also played with the social engagement branch of our nervous system as a way to put this into practice. You can revisit the last recording to experience this again.

In session 3, we will begin to explore our shameful sexual fantasies.
We will see how we can use our sexual fantasies, even our most shameful ones, as a transformative agent, allowing us to become aware of our desires and yearnings.
More importantly, they can become stones on our path to becoming more whole beings connected to oneness.

In preparation for session 3, you can begin exploring one of many of your sexual fantasies.
We will take this deeper in the session online together.
If you do not have the time to do this before the session, you can also do it as a follow up to the session or at another time.
