1-General information:
This workshop will begin at 10:10 am and end at 6:00 pm on both days Saturday 02 December and Sunday 03 December.

4- Arrivals:
Arrivals begin at 10:00 am on both days and the workshop will begin at 10:10. If you have a delay or an emergency, please contact me on 0 11 34 625 207 980
5-What to bring
* A freshly-washed sheet or towel
* A yoga-mat, cushion or anything you might need to make your space more comfortable. (there will be some cushions and blankets already as well as backpacks)
* A bottle of drinking water
* Any toys, accessories or massage oils you feel would help you create the experience you want.
* A simple lunch of sandwiches will be provided by our host however feel free to bring your own lunch if you have some dietary preferences.
6- What to wear?
While there will be an option to get naked during the workshop, we will begin the workshop clothed.
I recommend wearing comfortable yoga-style clothing, or comfortable underwear.
7- Covid test:
To create a safe space, our host is requiring that all participants take a rapid covid test prior to arriving at the workshop.
Please take a test and bring the result cassette with you to the workshop.
8- Lunch break: There will be a lunch break.
I strongly recommend not leaving the house to go buy food during lunch time so we can stay within our group container.
9-Preparations
No previous experience is necessary for this class.

10-Consent and boundaries
The workshop will include interaction in pairs and groups.
At the beginning of the session, we will practice some simple and clear ways of voicing boundaries.
While this workshop will be a conscious and sex-positive space, it is important to remember that self-care and respect of others, are the top priority.
If you come to the workshop with a partner, you can choose to only practice with your partner, otherwise partners will be randomly assigned.
You will be asked to voice your own boundaries and desires with regards to the interactions that you engage with.
11-Respect of others
This workshop is open to all men (cis and trans) of all ages, races, body types, sexual orientations and will include interaction in pairs and groups.
While you will be invited to respect your own desires and boundaries, it will also be important to show respect to others. We aim to create a loving space and discrimination will not be tolerated.
12-Remaining payment
A link has been sent to you in the email attached to this page with the link to pay the remaining amount.
Please make the payment within 2 weeks of the start date of the event, ie: by 18 November 2023.
13-Participant intention form
